Spa Receptionist Role

The Spa Receptionist will provide exceptional guest service, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all visitors to the spa.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently check in and out guests using the spa's reservation system
  • Organize treatment appointments to maximize time and profitability
  • Maintain accurate knowledge of treatments and retail products
  • Upsell spa promotions/packages and recommend relevant products to guests
Guest Interaction
  • Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Respond to guest enquiries promptly and efficiently
Ideal Candidate
  • Strong command of the English Language
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Ability to prioritize and organize work
  • Flexibility in working hours
