Front Office Reception Manager

The Powerscourt Hotel Resort & Spa has a vacancy for a Front Office Reception Manager in their Front Office department.

This role offers competitive pay, ongoing training, and complimentary transport to and from Bray Dart Station.

About the Position:

A Front Office Reception Manager is responsible for ensuring high levels of guest service and maintaining standards for all Receptionists in Front of House.

Responsible for the day-to-day operations of Reception with a primary focus on the overall operation of Reception.

Supervise, train, and inspect the performance of assigned FOH personnel, ensuring that all procedures are completed to the Hotels standards.

Assist where necessary to ensure optimum service to guests.

  10. Provide regular feedback to the Front of House Manager on staff performance
  11. Ensure employee discipline and relations are well maintained during your shift in accordance with hotel policy
