
Front Office Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Front Office Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Reception area. This role offers the opportunity to work in a prestigious five-star hotel, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that high standards are maintained at all times.
Main Responsibilities:- Supervise and train Front of House personnel to ensure they have the necessary skills to provide excellent customer service.
- Ensure that all procedures are completed to the hotel's standards, including payroll and personnel databases.
- Provide regular feedback to the Front of House Manager on staff performance.
- Review and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) relating to the Front of House operation.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach, with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Confident, proactive, and willing to take on challenges.
