Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Front Office Manager to lead our front office team in delivering exceptional customer service.

This is a key role within our organization, requiring strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding results.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the front office, including supervising staff, coordinating guest arrivals and departures, and ensuring seamless execution of all front office tasks.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service Delivery: Lead the front office team in providing exceptional customer service, responding promptly to guest inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Team Management: Direct and work with managers and team members to execute all front office operations, providing coaching and guidance as needed.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure smooth guest arrival and departure procedures, maintaining high levels of efficiency and productivity.
  • Talent Development: Motivate and support team members to achieve their goals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of experience in a similar position within a 4-5* property.
  • A full clean driving license.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to motivate yourself and others.
  • Strong, professional communication skills.
  • Previous experience in a high-volume property.
  • Competence in a property management system, such as HOTSOFT or similar.
