Job Title: Front Office Reception Manager

 

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Front Office Reception Manager. You will be responsible for ensuring that we provide the highest level of guest service and maintain high standards in all aspects of reception operations.

 

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a senior presence at the reception desk, overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring seamless delivery of services to guests.
  • Supervise, train, and inspect the performance of assigned front-of-house personnel, ensuring adherence to hotel standards.
  • Manage payroll and personnel databases, providing direct feedback to staff and contributing to a positive work environment.
  • Ensure effective leadership skills are demonstrated, leading by example and setting high standards for presentation, customer care, commitment, and professionalism.
  • Manage the accounting side of front-of-house operations, including house limit checks, credit card authorization, city ledger accounts, petty cash, and adjustments.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively. Good operational system knowledge is essential, along with strong leadership abilities and initiative.
