A Front Office Manager oversees daily hotel operations to ensure seamless guest experiences. This role is responsible for managing the front desk, supervising reception and reservations staff, and coordinating with other departments to meet guest needs.

Responsibilities
  • Manage Daily Hotel Operations: Ensure a smooth check-in process, handle billing and guest services, and maintain accurate records.
  • Supervise Staff: Train and motivate reception and reservations staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of performance.
  • Coordinate Guest Needs: Liaise with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to resolve guest complaints and requests efficiently.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: 2+ years of supervisory experience in a similar environment, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with guests, staff, and other stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in hotel management systems and MS Office, with the ability to learn new software and technology quickly.
