About the Role:
A front office manager plays a crucial part in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards at our reception desk. Key responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, supervising staff, and providing feedback to ensure seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and consistency at Reception while supporting the management of the Front of House team on a daily basis.
- Oversight of day-to-day activities within an organization, including managing payroll and personnel databases.
- Strong leadership abilities, initiative, and excellent verbal communication skills are essential for this role.
- Good knowledge of Opera Systems is required.
