Customer Service Representative Job

We are seeking highly motivated Customer Service Representatives to join our busy customer support team. This role involves handling customer queries, processing orders, resolving complaints, and working closely with colleagues across operations, logistics, finance, and sales to ensure a smooth customer experience.

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and online portals.
  • Process orders accurately and on time, ensuring delivery deadlines are met.
  • Track orders and follow up on any delays or issues.
  • Record, escalate, and resolve complaints efficiently.
  • Support internal teams by handling administrative and service tasks.
  • Provide product and service information to customers.

Previous experience in customer service, internal sales, or contact centre environments is required. Strong IT skills with experience using ERP or CRM systems are essential. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are also necessary for success in this role.
