Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist. In this role, you will play a critical part in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that every shopper has a fantastic experience when visiting our stores.


About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service and working in a fast-paced retail environment. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and inclusive shopping environment, responding to customer queries, and resolving any issues that may arise.


Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Provide personalized attention to customers, responding to their queries, and addressing any concerns they may have.
  • Create a Welcoming Environment: Ensure that the store is well-presented, clean, and stocked with products, making it a pleasant place for customers to shop.
  • Resolve Issues Effectively: Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally, always striving to find a solution that meets the customer's needs.
  • Work as Part of a Team: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets, maintain high standards of customer service, and ensure that the store runs smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a team, and have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. You should also be flexible, willing to learn, and able to adapt to changing situations.

  • Competitive Salary: We offer a competitive salary package, including a basic rate of €15.10 per hour, rising to €17.40 per hour after 3 years.
