As a GCCA Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be responsible for handling and resolving customer complaints from various internal departments, management, and external agencies.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
  • Collaborate with teams to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions
  • Perform thorough root cause analysis to ensure accurate issue resolution
  • Ensure timely case resolution to prevent further escalations

The ideal candidate will possess excellent business writing skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or back-office roles
  • Experience in a complaints environment is highly desirable
  • Strong working knowledge of external systems and software applications
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to continuous process improvements

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS include experience in Risk merchant services and proficiency in English and a second EU language.
