Customer Success Advocate

This is a dynamic role in our Customer Excellence Group where you will drive customer success, growth, and adoption within the EMEA region.

  • Onboard new customers by introducing them to all resources available via webinars and personalized engagements
  • Drive adoption of products by serving as a customer advocate and advising on deployment and adoption to meet business needs
  • Provide proactive guidance to enhance ServiceNow experience
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to identify opportunities and resolve issues
  • Support best practices and enablement through workshops and platform maturity
  • Manage escalated customer issues quickly by leveraging company resources and maintaining high levels of engagement
Job Requirements:
  • Experience in integrating AI into work processes or decision-making
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Computer Science, or AI related field
  • Passion for customer-facing roles such as Business Development, IT Consulting, Customer Success, or Strategic Consulting
  • Strong emotional intelligence and organizational skills
  • English fluency required
