Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Chief Estimator to lead our estimating process, establish standardized procedures, and manage project bids.

This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with strong critical thinking skills to join our team and contribute to our company's success.

  • Manage the estimating process for all project bids
  • Establish standardized procedures and methods for the estimating department
  • Assist in estimating conceptual alternative procurements
  • Oversee the analysis of past performance on projects
  • Establish estimating standards for all future estimates
  • Supervise the historical cost database, bid management, and estimating software
Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum 10+ years in estimating HVAC and/or Plumbing projects
  • Proficiency in computer software programs used in estimating, including Quick Pen estimating software
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC and plumbing systems
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills to meet deadlines and work collaboratively
