Job Title: Senior Estimator
As a senior estimator, you will be responsible for the strategic management of tenders by conducting thorough research and gathering all relevant information to successfully win work through competitive tender submissions.

Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with all departments, including contracts managers and site managers, to ensure the effective undertaking of estimating duties.
- Process initial inquiries and prepare comprehensive tender submissions.
- Oversee and control costs on projects, preparing cost value comparisons and projected final accounts.
- Review, approve, and sign off weekly/monthly labour, sub-contractor, and materials invoices/orders.
- Source and negotiate best quotes from subcontractors/suppliers, researching market trends and opportunities.
- Liaise with key project team members and clients, as well as subcontractors, to ensure seamless communication and project delivery.
- Prepare detailed take-offs and undertake estimates, finalizing account settlements.
- Mark up enquiries to be sent out to the supply chain, organizing bills of quantities production and obtaining material quotes where necessary.

Key Requirements:
- A higher-level qualification in Engineering or a construction-related field is highly desirable.
- At least 5 years of experience in estimation, with a strong background in the Fit-Out sector.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel is essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
