Customer Care Advisor - Your Role:

As a Customer Care Advisor, you'll lead our commitment to excellence by engaging with policyholders and accurately recording claim details.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with insured individuals and clients
  • Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders
  • Negotiate settlements and oversee claims
  • Resolve complaints with empathy and proficiency
  • Prepare accurate claim forms and documents
  • Manage a significant claim portfolio
  • Maintain detailed records of actions and conversations
  • Safeguard and update policy and claims data
