Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our User Operations team as a Technical Customer Advocate.

\

Your primary responsibility will be to interact directly with our customers through support tickets and Slack messages, resolving their complex problems and providing ownership and education on the use of our platforms.

\

This is a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and contribute to the success of our customers.

\

As a Technical Customer Advocate, you will be the last line of defense before our core Product and Engineering teams and will have a direct impact on improving our internal processes and customer satisfaction.

\

The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, be able to comprehend and communicate complex technical issues, and have proven experience building strong relationships with customers and cross-functionally to drive resolution to complex issues.
