We're seeking a highly motivated Customer Experience Advocate to join our Support Team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Your Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive support to clients through various communication channels
- Work closely with the Support Team Lead - UK & IE to resolve complex queries and issues
- Develop and maintain Help Centre articles to ensure easy access to information
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
