Customer Experience Advocate

Tbwa Chiat/Day Inc is looking for a Customer Experience Advocate to join its team. In this role, you will provide technical support and consultation to customers and internal colleagues, troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have two years plus of technical support experience in automation or a related field, excellent communication, analytical, and troubleshooting skills, as well as experience handling inbound technical customer requests in various form channels (chat, email). They should also be able to build strong relationships with other team members within Support and the wider company.
Key responsibilities include handling incoming technical queries, troubleshooting customer inquiries, resolving product or service problems, interpreting API documents, creating Tines stories, and contributing to Customer Support resources. The successful candidate should be able to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical and technical stakeholders alike and have a proven track record of customer empathy, urgency, and technical competency.
Job Responsibilities- Handle incoming technical queries via IM and email, as well as queries from other members of the Tbwa Chiat/Day Inc organization
- Troubleshoot customer inquiries, including but not limited to API integrations, systems issues, network and security-related impediments, 3rd party integrations, and multi-product workflows
