
German Market HR Professional Wanted

Ryanair is seeking an HR Specialist to join their team in Dublin. This role offers a unique opportunity to grow with Europe's largest airline group, which plans to expand to over 800 aircraft and 300 million guests within the next decade.
This position will be based at Ryanair's Dublin HQ and will involve day-to-day HR management across their German bases, where they have over 1,000 employees. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling various HR issues and administration tasks, including legal cases, contract drafting, and employee queries.
As an HR Specialist, you will gain extensive experience early in your career. You will be entrusted with making daily decisions, offering advice, and resolving employee relations matters as if you were a HR Manager.
Your duties will include:
- Assisting with all HR matters related to Ryanair's German-based employees, including legal cases, union meetings, and payroll coordination.
- Ensuring compliance with German labor law and collective agreements.
- Preparing documentation and supporting legal case management and litigation processes.
- Liaising, supporting, and advising management on all HR-related matters, from general queries to grievances, disciplinary investigations, and legal case preparation.
- Conducting regular reviews and administration of payroll changes in line with German legislation.
- Providing weekly reports to the HR Manager on all HR activities and issues.
- Traveling to Germany for employee/union meetings and base visits as required.
We are looking for a candidate with:
- A minimum of 1 year of HR experience working with German-based employees and/or German labor law.
- Strong knowledge of German employment law and HR best practices.
- Fluent English and German language skills (written and spoken).
- A relevant HR degree or master's qualification.
- Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced and pressurized environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
