Trainee Bid Writer Opportunity

This role offers a chance to join a leading Main Contractor and work on a wide range of projects across multiple sectors.

The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in a similar role, be able to read and interpret instructions carefully, and possess excellent creative writing skills.

We are looking for a motivated individual who can manage deadlines and work under pressure, with strong IT skills and the ability to liaise with internal departments and external supply chain, design teams and relevant subject matter experts.

Job Description:

The Trainee Bid Writer will be responsible for attending Client team tender presentations and site visits, developing and agreeing winning bid strategies with Senior Management, and coordinating and managing Bid Launch meetings.

The successful candidate will also prepare Tender presentations and bid information to support Tender interviews, develop project and company Case Studies and Bid Library to enhance future Tender and PQQ submissions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree Qualified in a Construction related or Marketing course
  • Relevant experience in a similar role
  • Excellent creative writing skills
  • Strong IT skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Able to manage deadlines and work under pressure
