Job Title: Design Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Design Manager to join our team in Magherafelt, Northern Ireland.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design management and be able to lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing design strategies to meet business objectives
  • Leading and managing cross-functional teams of designers, engineers, and other stakeholders
  • Coordinating the design process to ensure timely delivery of projects
  • Managing budgets and resources to achieve project goals

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree or HND in a relevant field such as architecture, engineering, or design
  • At least 5 years of experience in design management, preferably in a main contractor environment
  • Strong IT skills and knowledge of standard software packages
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
