**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Contracts Manager to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for delivering projects within budget and to the highest quality standards.

The successful applicant will have at least 5 years of experience in a Contracts Management role, with a strong background in Quantity Surveying desirable but not essential.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Daily management of Site Managers
  • Attending client meetings
  • Programming and Planning of works
  • Preparing materials take offs for each project
  • Agreeing design specifications
  • Overseeing the preparation of design drawings in conjunction with CAD technicians
  • Preparing design, manufacture and installation programs
  • Liaising with production and site management to deliver the final goods
  • Attending project handover meetings with clients
  • Agreeing variations and valuations
  • Managing overheads / all relevant costs

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will need to have proficient IT skills including Microsoft Office and ideally AutoCAD. A knowledge of the Social Housing / Commercial & Residential sectors is also desirable.
