Senior Supply Chain Planner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Supply Chain Planner to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing demand and supply planning processes, with a strong focus on forecasting accuracy, schedule adherence, and inventory management.

  • Collaborate with commercial teams to create accurate monthly demand forecasts by SKU and customer using distributor data, market insights, and trends.
  • Partner with third-party copackers and sister manufacturing sites to build the supply plan, ensuring lead times and transit schedules are accurately reflected.
  • Ensure timely production reporting from copackers, updating systems with outputs to safeguard stock integrity at all times.
  • Calculate, track, and present key performance indicators (KPIs) such as forecast accuracy, schedule adherence, On Time and In Full (OTIF) customer service, and inventory levels against target.
  • Act as a key participant in Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings, facilitating rolling 18-month demand and supply forecasts.
  • Identify, escalate, and resolve risks and dynamic changes in demand or supply, ensuring the right balance between cost efficiency, customer service, and working capital priorities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or related field.
  • +5 years' experience in demand and supply planning management, preferably within the beverage, FMCG, or CPG industry.
  • Proven experience working with planning systems such as SAP, JDA, Oracle, o9, and QAD.
  • Demonstrated participation in innovation and new product development (NPD) projects.
