Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Supply Chain Planner to drive efficiency and effectiveness in our Demand & Supply Planning process.

This key role involves creating and maintaining a rolling 18-month demand & supply plan, including risks and opportunities through the S&OP process. You will work closely with commercial teams to create a monthly demand forecast by SKU and customer using distributor data, market insights, and trends.

You will partner with third-party copackers and sister manufacturing sites to build the supply plan, ensuring lead times and transit schedules are accurately reflected. Additionally, you will calculate and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as forecast accuracy, schedule adherence, and inventory levels against target.

  • Develop and maintain accurate demand and supply plans to support business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or related field.
  • +5 years' experience in demand and supply planning management, preferably within the beverage, FMCG, or CPG industry.
  • Proven experience working with planning systems such as SAP, JDA, Oracle, o9, and QAD.
