Job Overview

This is a unique opportunity to lead innovative solutions and drive business transformations as a seasoned Senior Manager.

  • You will be part of a collaborative team that excels in problem-solving, stakeholder management, and technology expertise.
  • Responsibilities include:
  • SAP S/4 solution blueprinting with a focus on Finance processes, reporting, data, and analytics.
  • Identify key design decisions in business-led, SAP-enabled transformations.
  • Communicate how the proposed technology solutions can enable business transformation and benefits realization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively assist in managing a portfolio of clients, reporting to Partner & Director.
  • Be actively involved in business development activities to identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients.
  • Craft and specify integrations of SAP solutions into other client systems using enterprise architecture principles and standards.
  • Shape and deliver projects to meet and exceed client expectations and quality criteria.
  • Influence clients' use of automation and iRPA.
  • Train, mentor, and supervise team members.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in designing and implementing SAP S/4HANA (preferred) and SAP ECC.
  • Functional process knowledge of several P2C, O2C, R2R, FP&A, xP&A modules.
  • Experience in implementing, configuring, and advising all or a subset of the following:
  • SAP FI/CO.
  • Group Consolidation and reporting.
  • Planning and Forecasting: BPC, IBP, SAC.
  • Master Data Governance (MDG).

Desirable Skills:

  • Understanding of SAP data structures and integration with BW DWC.
  • Ideally familiarity with one or more industry solutions such as life science, retail, banking, telecoms, agribusiness.
  • Integration with line-of-business solutions like SuccessFactors, Ariba etc.
  • Experience leading and inspiring teams of technical consultants onshore, nearshore, and offshore.
  • Knowledge of best practice design and an advisory focus.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building both internally and with clients.
