Senior IT Business Analyst Role

About the Position:

We are seeking an accomplished Senior IT Business Analyst to serve as a strategic partner for our Quality department. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and executing the digital vision, strategy, and roadmap for our Quality IT Portfolio, encompassing digital lab platforms and quality management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the digital vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Quality IT Portfolio.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to comprehend business requirements and devise solutions that meet their needs.
  • Maintain expertise in Quality platforms such as LIMS (Lab Information Management System), Chromatography systems (Chromeleon, Empower), Environmental Monitoring, and Quality Management systems.
  • Navigate complex business environments and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Remain up-to-date with current and emerging IT trends, specifically digitization, cloud, and cybersecurity.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related STEM field.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role.
  • A proven track record of managing stakeholders and navigating complex business environments.
