Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned National Account Development Expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our restaurant partners.

Your primary focus will be on managing a portfolio of large restaurant clients, ensuring their success and growth within our platform. To achieve this, you will leverage your expertise in our platform to provide strategic guidance and support, helping them improve their daily operations and increase sales.

You will analyze data to identify areas for improvement and work closely with our Client Partner and other key functions such as Marketing, Operations, and Product to create actionable insights and drive business results.

The role involves:

  • Monitoring and analyzing partner-specific goals, and presenting performance reviews to partners.
  • Managing weekly operational meetings and reviews, delivering insights during these sessions with support from your Client Partner.
  • Providing guidance on how to improve and expand delivery as a channel.
  • Increasing revenue and health metrics by advising restaurant partners on best practices.
  • Delivering in-person training sessions covering operational best practices, Deliveroo insights, and troubleshooting.
  • Identifying opportunities to strengthen relationships with key restaurant partners by collaborating with other parts of Deliveroo.
