Job Description:Account Management for High-Performance Doors & Gates Industry
You will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of existing and new accounts in the high-performance doors and gates industry.
Key aspects of this role include developing strong relations with customers, acting as the point of access into our organization.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining excellent customer relations and strategies for allocated accounts.
- Developing the sales pipeline and winning business according to targets, creating offers, and following up with customers.
- Working closely with the Sales Director to ensure product and commercial offerings support growth.
- Generating new business through lead generation methods such as prospecting and existing client relationship development.
- Owning sales within the region and key accounts, promoting additional services and solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience working with sales projects on construction sites or similar industries.
- Strong understanding of numbers, analytics, sales, and presentation skills, including probing, listening, and closing.
- Outgoing with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in industrial matrix organizations (preferred).
- Understanding of Irish laws and regulations in the building industry, with knowledge of construction processes.
