- Interface with departments to provide quality products in a timely manner.
- Hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
- Have proven project management skills with experience in delivering business-critical projects.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in project management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to oversee technical advancements and generate accurate documentation.
- Excellent interpersonal communication, influencing, and collaborative teamwork skills.
- Ability to integrate teams and build trusting relationships with mid-level management.
- Demonstrated ability to present to executives and work as part of a multi-disciplined team.
- Manage project challenges and maintain control of stressful situations.
- Pursue goals to completion when faced with demanding timelines.
