As a seasoned Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of medium-sized projects from initiation to completion.

The ideal candidate will lead a multi-disciplinary team to achieve project objectives and work under the general direction of an Engineering Manager PMO.

Responsibilities
  • Direct multiple project teams through various phases of project lifecycle.
  • Develop and implement schedules to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Record detailed customer requirements, constraints, and assumptions with stakeholders.
  • Monitor project budget and costs throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Set expectations and align stakeholders and team members with the Project Plan.
  • Identify, assess, monitor, and close project risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Improve team performance by building team cohesiveness and motivating team members.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Interface with departments to provide quality products in a timely manner.
Qualifications
  • Hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Have proven project management skills with experience in delivering business-critical projects.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in project management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to oversee technical advancements and generate accurate documentation.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication, influencing, and collaborative teamwork skills.
  • Ability to integrate teams and build trusting relationships with mid-level management.
  • Demonstrated ability to present to executives and work as part of a multi-disciplined team.
  • Manage project challenges and maintain control of stressful situations.
  • Pursue goals to completion when faced with demanding timelines.
