Job Title: Financial Manager

This is a senior-level financial position that requires expertise in managing financial processes, analyzing data, and making informed decisions. As a seasoned financial professional, you will be responsible for driving process improvements and supporting the company's operations in a dynamic sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage handover and transition of core finance duties to ensure seamless execution
  • Deliver high-quality monthly group reporting and assist with external audit queries
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and working capital analysis to drive business growth
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial submissions and KPI tracking
  • Identify areas for improvement and contribute to ongoing efficiency projects
Requirements:
  • Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with 3+ years PQE
  • Strong background in financial reporting and audit support
  • Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
  • Able to engage senior stakeholders and manage change effectively
  • Experience with SAP and in complex or regulated industries
