Research and Development Engineer RoleWe are seeking an experienced Research and Development Engineer to join our dynamic endoscopy team in Limerick. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing Class II/III devices, with experience in endoscopy being a plus.This is a 12-month contract role that offers the opportunity to design products that positively impact patients' lives globally. As part of the end-to-end development team, you will work on designing advanced medical devices and driving continuous improvement initiatives.We are looking for candidates with:
  • 3-5+ years' experience in the medical device industry, preferably in R&D.
  • A proven background in designing Class II/III devices; endoscopy experience is a plus.
  • A strong understanding of design controls, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
  • Cognition Cockpit experience.
