This role is a key part of our team, responsible for providing high-quality service to our clients. We are looking for someone who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the team leader in day-to-day activities and deputise in their absence.
  • Oversight of processing quality and timeliness.
  • Escalation point for unresolved issues.
  • Client reporting - prediction reports, cash reports, register reports etc.
  • Workflow queue management and analysis.
  • Responsible for assigned clients, taking ownership of team activity for these clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A flexible approach to work and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong PC skills - thorough knowledge of MS Word & Excel.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Effective verbal reasoning and numeric skills.
  • Excellent planning and organisation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
