Job Title

Our organization is looking for an ambitious and innovative Senior Hotel Sales professional to join our sales team. We are seeking a candidate with excellent levels of personal motivation, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Group Director of Sales and Marketing in contributing to the overall strategic sales growth and success of our hotels. This will involve working closely with the Cluster Sales Team to develop and execute commercial strategies that drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Group Director of Sales and Marketing in developing and executing commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the Cluster Sales Team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Contribute to the development of sales plans and budgets to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide regular sales reports and analysis to senior management to inform decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders to build trust and loyalty.
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

  • A minimum of 3 years' proactive Hotel Sales experience in a target-driven sales environment.
  • Excellent levels of personal motivation and organizational skills.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A commercial awareness and good understanding of yield management.
  • Experience of managing offline marketing campaigns.
