We are seeking an experienced Principal Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our cloud practice, you will have the opportunity to work on projects across various sectors and industries, leveraging the latest Oracle HCM Cloud technology.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will lead and oversee the development of detailed solution designs in Oracle HCM Cloud, specifically within Oracle Cloud Payroll. You will be responsible for driving forward the training and coaching of colleagues, leading pre-sales activities, and providing expert advice on cloud processes and procedures.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive solution designs for Oracle HCM Cloud, focusing on Cloud Payroll functionality.
  • Provide guidance and support to colleagues on cloud payroll processes and procedures.
  • Lead pre-sales activities, including demos and sales bid responses.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud – UK Payroll
  • Configuration skills in Fast Formula, element design, payroll process flows, and calculation cards
  • Conducting design workshops and documenting solutions
  • Creating and developing sales bid responses and pre-sales preparation and demos
  • OTBI Reporting knowledge/SQL Knowledge
