
Office Support Specialist

About this role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Office Administrator. We are seeking a highly organised and experienced individual who will provide general office administrative support to our Irish office.
Main responsibilities include:
- Providing secretarial and administrative support to the Head of Office and the team, including planning travel arrangements, expense claims, drafting correspondence, organising diaries, arranging lunches/events, fielding telephone calls, and maintaining filing systems.
- Managing IT support, post, stationery, and facilities for the Irish office on a day-to-day basis.
- Maintaining various management reports and records, including holiday and absence reports, updating intranet sites, and other regular reporting.
- Acting as secretary to internal committees and meetings.
- Managing relationships with local vendors and memberships.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in arranging complex overseas travel and visas.
- Able to work at a senior level and demonstrate a 'can do' attitude.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively at all levels.
- Advanced Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint skills.
- Highly organised, able to prioritise effectively, and juggle multiple tasks.
- Strong diplomacy and confidentiality.
- Calm under pressure.
