
Office Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities and Office Coordinator to join our team. This is a dynamic and supportive work environment in the heart of Dublin.
Main Responsibilities:- Building & Facilities Management: Conduct regular checks, coordinate and manage maintenance and repairs with suppliers, monitor and manage inventory (consumables, office and building supplies), and oversee our cleaning team to maintain high safety and hygiene standards.
- Client Support: Provide direct interaction with our diverse client base from initial contact to ongoing support, including building tours, client onboarding, office setups and offboarding processes.
- Cross-Departmental Assistance: Offer essential support and cover to our front-of-house and mailroom, greeting and managing clients, visitors and walk-ins as the primary contact, handling mailroom duties and general office administration.
The ideal candidate will have minimum 3 years administrative experience, some facilities experience desirable. They will be highly customer-centric, organised, resourceful and comfortable working independently.
