Head Chef and Business Partner Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic leader to spearhead our kitchen operations in a high-volume environment. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of culinary innovation, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to drive profitability through effective budgeting and labour cost management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations with a focus on seamless execution and excellent customer service.
  • Create menus that showcase local produce, leveraging creative licence to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with management to optimize profitability through effective labour cost management and budgeting.
  • Maintain strict HACCP standards by implementing comprehensive training programs and supervising staff.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Full certification and training in HACCP protocols.
  • Proven expertise in budgeting and labour costs, with a focus on optimisation.
  • Creative ability to contribute to menu development (desirable).
  • Possess excellent leadership skills, suitable for a high-pressure kitchen setting.
  • Flexible accommodation options may be available if needed.
