Product Development Manager

Our organization is seeking a seasoned Product Development Manager to lead our product development team. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for executing project plans on schedule and within budget.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering or a related field with 10+ years of experience in the medical device industry.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions following lean manufacturing and DFM principles.
  • Mentoring junior staff on PDP overview, procedures, and best practices.
  • Guiding junior staff to lead their own projects or portions of larger projects.

Requirements:

  • Degree in mechanical engineering or a related discipline.
  • 10+ years of experience in the medical device industry or similar field.
  • Proven ability to develop medical devices from concept to commercialization.
