As a Branch Manager, you will drive business growth and customer satisfaction in our dynamic electrical wholesale operation. With 5+ years of experience and a general business degree, you will develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets, increase market share, and promote the brand within the target market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning and Brand Promotion: Develop innovative promotional activities to drive success in a fast-paced environment, staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Team Leadership and Brand Cultivation: Foster a brand-centric culture and mentorship approach to younger staff, managing and motivating teams to achieve individual and team goals, driving employee engagement and retention.
  • Customer Relations and Brand Advocacy: Build and maintain relationships with key customers and suppliers to ensure satisfaction, retention, and growth, while implementing initiatives to enhance brand advocacy and loyalty.
  • Operations Management and Brand Experience: Oversee inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics to maintain a high service level, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance the brand experience and customer satisfaction.
  • Compliance and Brand Integrity: Maintain the brand integrity and ethics in all operational aspects, ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, relevant training, and regulations, upholding a strong reputation.
  • Reporting and Brand Performance: Provide regular performance reports to senior management, including sales, expenses, and profitability, along with brand campaign effectiveness and customer loyalty initiatives, driving data-driven decision making.
  • Market Analysis and Brand Positioning: Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats, contributing to brand positioning strategies within the market, staying competitive and agile.
