Job Opportunity

A sought-after Branch Manager is required to drive and promote our thriving electrical wholesale operation in South Dublin. The ideal candidate will possess 5+ years of experience in electrical wholesale management or a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering year-on-year growth and implementing successful brand promotion strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning and Brand Promotion: Develop and implement effective strategies to achieve sales targets, increase market share, and promote the brand within the target market through innovative promotional activities.
  • Team Leadership and Brand Cultivation: Manage and motivate teams to achieve individual and team goals within the branch, fostering a brand-centric culture and mentorship approach to younger staff.
  • Customer Relations and Brand Advocacy: Build and maintain relationships with key customers and suppliers to ensure satisfaction, retention, and growth, as well as implement initiatives to enhance brand advocacy among customers and partners.
  • Operations Management and Brand Experience: Oversee inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics to ensure a high service level is maintained, while continuously seeking opportunities to enhance the brand experience at every touch point.
  • Compliance and Brand Integrity: Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, relevant training, and regulations, maintaining the brand integrity and ethics in all operational aspects.
  • Reporting and Brand Performance: Provide regular performance reports to senior management, including sales, expenses, and profitability, along with brand campaign effectiveness and customer loyalty initiatives.
  • Market Analysis and Brand Positioning: Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats, and contribute to brand positioning strategies within the market.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical wholesale management or a similar role.
  • Skill Set:
    • Proven track record of delivering year-on-year growth and implementing successful brand promotion strategies.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems, along with brand promotion and marketing skills.
    • In-depth understanding of electrical products, industry trends, and brand promotion tactics.
    • Ability to manage financial budgets, goals, and analyze ROI for brand promotion initiatives.
