We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our wholesale operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of global negotiators and roaming managers, driving strategic decisions to optimize cost savings, margin improvement, and footprint expansion.

This role requires a seasoned professional with 10+ years of experience in wholesale or commercial telecommunications roles, boasting significant leadership expertise and a proven track record in negotiating complex agreements with successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the global wholesale team to deliver excellence in performance and results.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive cost savings, margin improvement, and expansion.
  • Oversight of wholesale negotiations and management of the wholesale roadmap.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for internal teams and partners regarding delays or challenges in localization or roaming projects.
Requirements
  • Strong program delivery experience across integrations, telecom operational processes, and vendor relationships.
  • Effective negotiation skills with the ability to secure complex agreements.
  • Ability to build strong partnerships and foster collaborative environments.
