Branch Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to lead our electrical wholesale operation in South Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to drive success, promote our brand, and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

  • Developing and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share through innovative promotional activities.
  • Managing and motivating teams in each department to achieve individual and team goals within the branch, fostering a culture of excellence and mentorship.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key customers and suppliers to ensure satisfaction, retention, and growth.
  • Overseeing inventory management, order fulfilment, and logistics to maintain a high service level.
  • Ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulations, maintaining brand integrity and ethics.
  • Providing regular performance reports to senior management, including sales, expenses, and profitability.

Key Requirements:

  • General business degree.
  • 5+ years of experience in electrical wholesale management or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
  • In-depth understanding of electrical products, industry trends, and brand promotion tactics.
  • Ability to manage financial budgets, goals, and analyze ROI for brand promotion initiatives.
