Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Wholesale Trading Operations. As a strategic leader, you will be responsible for developing and executing a commercial technology proposition that enables efficient workflows, operations, and administration through automation and collaboration tools.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Wholesale Trading Operations strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead the day-to-day management of Trading Operations infrastructure, including coordination with IT teams.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of market trends and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Category Managers and Central Commercial Teams.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in leading large-scale complex programs.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to engage multiple stakeholders and manage multiple commercial projects simultaneously.
