Job Overview

As a pioneer in the field of global connectivity solutions, we seek an exceptional leader to drive our wholesale commercial function forward. This role requires strategic vision, strong leadership skills and the ability to negotiate complex agreements with MNOs.

Key Responsibilities

This senior position combines commercial acumen, P&L accountability and cross-functional orchestration to deliver margin improvement, footprint expansion and customer commitment fulfillment.

  • Lead a team of wholesale negotiators and roaming managers
  • Coach and set objectives for team members to ensure delivery excellence and alignment with strategic roadmap
  • Own and actively drive the wholesale roadmap portfolio with focus on cost savings, new partnerships and footprint expansion
  • Oversee wholesale negotiations and act as primary escalation point for internal teams and MNOs
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 10+ years' experience in wholesale or commercial telecommunications roles with significant leadership experience
  • Demonstrable track record negotiating complex roaming, MVNO and partner agreements
  • Strong programme delivery experience across integrations, telecoms operational processes and vendor relationships
  • Excellent stakeholder management and escalation handling with MNOs and internal functions
