Leading Machine Learning Expertise

We're seeking a seasoned machine learning professional to design and deploy large-scale systems that optimize interactions across various platforms. As a key member of our engineering team, you'll create innovative solutions for high-impact consumer-facing applications like search retrieval and ranking, content personalizations, and product recommendations.

  • Develop and lead junior engineers in designing, coding, training, deploying, and evaluating large-scale machine learning systems.
  • Collaborate with technical stakeholders to seed new projects or expand existing ones, leveraging state-of-the-art machine learning technologies in areas like Recommendation Systems and Search.
  • Create metrics and design A/B test plans to evaluate model performance offline and online.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in gathering product requirements, architecture design, and code reviews.
  • Extract insights from large amounts of structured and unstructured data (text, audio) using modern big data technologies.
  • Develop reusable code according to standard methodologies in Python, conduct rigorous testing and validation to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.

The ideal candidate has an advanced degree in CS/Statistics/Data Science, specializing in machine learning, industry work experience in designing and implementing large-scale models, and proven track records of delivering commercial machine learning products. Experience with Python, ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, MLlib, and software engineering principles is preferred.
