Senior Electrical Project Coordinator

Job Overview
This position requires a professional to lead a team of electricians and ensure that project objectives are met.
The role involves working closely with site foremen, project managers, engineers, and industry experts to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a crew of direct & subcontract labour while remaining on their tools.
- Collaborate with the Foreman / Site Supervisor in daily site management tasks.
- Deliver scope of work as per project requirements.
- Capture and communicate all additional requests outside the scope to the project Quantity Surveyor (QS) team.
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety protocols.
- Be a role model for "best in class" quality standards throughout the project by ensuring personal adherence to these standards.
- Develop a culture where safety & quality are central to the mindset of each crew member.
- Ensure works are carried out to a high standard while complying with building regulations, National Rules for Electrical Installations, Health and Safety, and environmental standards.
- Provide Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) when and where required.
- Ensure all permits / SPA's required for planned works are in place.
As an Electrical Project Leader, you will have exposure to various sectors including commercial, pharmaceutical, life sciences, blue chip, construction, and more.
Support will be provided in developing your knowledge and skills as your responsibilities grow and evolve.
