Electrical Site Manager - High Voltage Specialism

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Site Manager to join our team. As an Electrical Site Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of electrical engineers and technicians on high voltage projects.

Job Description:
  • Assist the Project Manager in developing the construction program, short-term look-ahead planning reports, equipment and materials schedules.
  • Develop a site establishment schedule and conduct site visits to ensure compliance.
  • Prioritize safety by implementing a site safety starter pack and participating in HSEQ plans.

The ideal candidate will have experience in electrical engineering and management, with strong leadership skills and attention to detail. If you are passionate about delivering high-quality results and working in a collaborative environment, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all on-site personnel possess the necessary competencies for their tasks.
  • Maintain a good image of the company at all times.
  • Assist the project team in expediting major equipment deliveries.

You will work closely with other supervisors to ensure effective coordination between services and integrate with internal and external supervisors to ensure cross-coordination of trades and installation processes.
