Assistant Bar Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to fill the role of Assistant Bars Manager. This exciting opportunity will provide exceptional service to our guests and contribute to maintaining high standards of excellence in all aspects of bar management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure that daily checklists are completed by bar staff efficiently.
  • Maintain adherence to established systems and procedures as outlined in the manual.
  • Rotate and store stock in a safe and organized manner.
  • Prepare bars for set up in advance of each shift according to relevant standards.
  • Assist in developing, training, and coaching bar staff to meet hotel establishment standards.
Requirements:
  • A positive attitude and excellent communication skills are essential.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in bar supervision is required.
  • The ideal candidate should be self-motivated and enthusiastic with excellent interpersonal skills.
