Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Engagement Lead to join our team. This role will involve leading engagement activity for the Ireland region, overseeing community branches, shops, regional partnerships, and delivery plans.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have extensive experience in people leadership, engaging supporters, volunteers, and the general public to generate funds. You should also have experience of working in a matrix-style management organisation and being adaptable to change.
