We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team.

Job Summary:
  • The ideal candidate will have a background in building services and possess excellent coordination skills.
About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to work on various projects across the country.

  • Liaise with design teams to ensure compliance with project standards and procedures.
  • Coordinate subcontractor activities, including the submission of O&M manuals, BC(A)R procedures, and other tasks as required.
  • Maintain accurate records of design coordination workshops, minutes of meetings, and track actions.
  • Review specifications, service drawings, architectural, and structural details.
  • E nsure integration across the project is timely and developed in agreement with all parties.
  • Liaise with statutory utilities providers to meet the needs of the project and suppliers.
  • Assist QS with assessment of Sub-Contractor monthly applications for payment.
  • Oversee MEP Testing & Commissioning Process.
  • Manage MEP O&M and As-Built Documentation Process.
  • Maintain good relationships with Client designers, Sub-Contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Deliver the project to cost, time, and quality.
Requirements:
  • A relevant Diploma/Degree in Building Services, Mechanical, Electrical, or Construction Engineering.
  • At least 3 years' experience in building sector projects such as Commercial, Pharmaceutical, Education, etc.
  • Previous main contractor or M&E subcontractor backgrounds would be advantageous.
  • Strong IT skills – Microsoft Office packages, AutoCAD, BIM, etc.
