Job Overview

The primary role involves assisting in the manufacturing and shipping of medical device products. Reporting to a supervisor in the production department, this position plays a key part in the overall success of the organization.

Main Responsibilities
  • Carry out process steps required for the manufacture and shipment of high-quality medical devices products.
  • Ensure adherence to quality control procedures and associated documentation provided by the organization.
  • Complete training related to product manufacture and shipment.
  • Maintain a high standard of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and housekeeping in all manufacturing areas.
  • Adhere to environmental, health, and safety requirements in accordance with company policies.
  • Highlight potential issues to team leaders or supervisors.
  • Be flexible and willing to perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team within the production area.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a production environment is preferred.
  • Experience in medical devices, although not essential, is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Flexibility regarding working hours and days.
  • Willingsness and availability to travel on company business.
